Is the monthly fee mandatory? +

Yes. The monthly fee covers hosting, technical support, plugin updates and backups — these are required to keep your site running securely and fast.

How long does it take to launch? +

Package 1 (Digital Start) takes 1–2 weeks. Package 2 and 3 take from 1 week depending on complexity and your feedback speed.

What is the "ad budget" in Package 3? +

The 300–400 €/month fee is our management fee. The advertising budget (money spent on Google or Meta) is separate and paid directly to the platforms by you. We'll help you set the right budget for your goals.

Do you provide a money-back guarantee? +

Yes. If we don't deliver what was agreed in the contract within the stated timeline, you get a full refund. Details are outlined in the project agreement.
